We provide different payment methods: PayPal, Card and Cash. Choose whatever suits you.
Usually we have 3 days to prepare and ship your order. We always try to do it faster tan that, so most of the time the orders will be shipped during the first 24 hours or less after we receive the order. You will be updated in every moment. Delivery depends on your location and postal services. In Spain it use to be delivered from one to five days, in Europe about one week, and ten days or more for international deliveries. We can not be responsible of the Postal Services worldwide, but we will always try to help if there is any delay.
When you finish your order you will receive a tracking code with which you can check the status of the shipment. Sometimes customs services can delay the delivery of the package. If the status of your order does not change, it is because the postal service in your country needs to update the shipping information. In any case if the delay is considerable, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
If you already have your order and for any reason you want to change or return an item, you can do it without any inconvenience. The term for changes or returns is 7 days from the receipt of the product. The shipping costs of both the return and the change of product will be borne by the customer. Please, if you need to change or return any of our products, contact us. If you have opened or manipulated an item, it will not be covered by the guarantee nor will you be able to return it.
